Shipping & returns

We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS and USPS. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time typically ship the same business day; made-to-order items ship within the window stated on the product page.

Rates

Standard shipping is $8.95 on orders under $99; orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.

Returns

Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Final sale items are noted on the product page. Start a return by emailing hello@lunavertis.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a prepaid return label at our expense.
